We work across a range of brands, including Real Techniques, Ardell Beauty, Clipper, Delilah and Skyn Iceland.

Our digital division is 18 months old and growing rapidly.  We want someone with at least 18 months experience and proven experience growing communities and dealing with escalations with due diligence and a clear head. You will be the voice of expertise when it comes to social channels and how consumers use them. You will have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to produce content that’s engaging and shareable across a wide variety of TOVs.

You will be strategic in your thinking and creative in your approach. You will have a passion for everything digital and social.



The Role:

Be able to produce content for all social channels and have a meticulous approach checking posts before they go live

Represent the spirit of the brands/company and be its number one advocate

Support new business pitch development across the agency

Contribute to creative brainstorms

Ensure our clients’ social pages are global leaders in creating innovative and engaging social content that influence markets outside the UK

Work closely with designers, studio and video teams to develop engaging social content off the back of wider content themes and assets

Communicate social media learnings to the wider team

Be able to deliver on objectives

Understanding of paid media

Experience working across social channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Youtube and Linkedin.

Involved in the reporting on the performance of the social channels

Take part in the strategy of the weekly and monthly content calendars

To follow an editorial line

Listen to users and respond to their comments and enquiries

Moderate activity and conversation on the platforms

You will have the following attributes:

Excellent copywriting skills

Be a great communicator both on and offline; with users, clients and internal divisions

Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Ability to work with design software such as Photoshop

Experience of using Content Management Systems

Good understanding of Google Analytics and social media monitoring platforms

Ability to sell an idea or strategy to clients and internally

Incredibly organised with an obssessive attention to detail

You must be tapped in to new online tools, digital trends, as well as general trends and style

The ability to adapt digital trends to meet clients needs

Knowledge of GIF creation and basic video editing a plus

Dedicated and passionate about your work and about our clients

Experience in identifying and managing influencers to match brand requirements

Excellent reporting skills

Be adaptable and flexible. On the community’s side one minute and the business’s side the next

Proactive, self-motivated, efficient and independent

Demonstrate discretion and good judgement in order to analyse, react and feedback to comments – generally and in crisis situations

Run, manage and motivate creative brainstorms

A strong interest in health, beauty and wellbeing

A creative team player

Monitor and highlight opportunities to jump on trends, working with influencers and build a strong social following
