We are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our expanding team!

We work across a range of brands, including Real Techniques, Ardell Beauty, Clipper, Delilah and Skyn Iceland.
From brand planning to creative activations, events (big and small), strategic collaborations and VIP seeding, the range of services we offer is broad – but could be broader, and that’s where you come in.
Our digital division is 18 months old and growing rapidly. We want someone to come in and take care of our existing team, bring their knowledge and expertise in the digital world and help shape the future digital offering of Kilpatrick. This role would suit an ambitious, smart, driven individual who’s looking to become a Director in a short space of time. You will be handed a great deal of responsibility from day one so a burning desire to succeed is vital.
This is a newly created role for a Senior Digital Account Manager who is passionate about all things digital and social, to join our growing team.
You will have the opportunity to bring your strategic thinking and creative approach to the exciting campaigns we work on across the beauty & well-being industry. You will have proven experience of working on fully integrated campaigns together with a balance of digital expertise. A clear understanding of how to use digital communications in effective PR messaging/campaigns is essential.
Contribute to the winning of new digital business, both retained and project based
Retain and grow our existing client business through digital revenue opportunities
Support new business pitch development across the agency
Manage our existing Digital Team (currently 2 members)
Work with the leadership team to help shape the future of the agency
Provide internal training sessions on social media best practices
Oversee the Kilpatrick website. Create content and manage the outsourced design and development team)
A self-starter who is proactive and solutions orientated
The ability to spot digital trends and insights and share with internal teams and clients in order to mobilise, develop and motivate
The ability to translate metrics into easy and digestible content depending on your audience
Strong experience of developing and/or shaping digital strategies
Strong commercial instincts
Proven experience in client handling
A strong, confident and engaging presenter
A positive and can-do attitude
A team player who’s always willing to go the extra mile
A keen interest in health, beauty, luxury lifestyle and wellbeing
Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team
