The Ardell Instagram channel in the US is well-established with over 750k followers. With a huge UK audience the client commissioned KPR to set-up the official UK channel.
To ensure channel consistency, KPR identified three content pillars that our target audience is interested in when it comes to Ardell: Inspiration, quotes & memes and product launches.
We increased our post ratio to 3 times per day and encourage followers to tag us in their content so we can share their images.
In addition to the above KPR runs regular competitions to grow the following and constantly engages, comments and replies to fans.
Starting from zero we now have over 13k followers and an average of 134 likes per post. The channel is now growing at approximately 250 followers per week. On two occasions the brand has sold out of a specific product online after posting on Instagram (Magnetic Lashes and the Lookbook).
The channel is tagged in approx 300 posts per week giving us high quality content to re-post or feature on an Instagram story.
