The existing Daniel Galvin Instagram channel lacked inspiration and energy. Follower numbers had plateaued and the stylists in the salon were disengaged.
With a team of over 200 stylists across all London salons we knew there was a wealth of content opportunities to tap into. KPR built relationships with the teams and educated them on the type of content to post such as colour inspiration, new season styles and celebrity clients…as well as some strict “do nots”. This content was also used for Instagram Stories to offer an insight into life at the salon. KPR makes regular visits to the salons to take new photography and discuss new content.
Since taking over on 1 Dec 2017, their followers have increased 115 per week from 8.2k to 11k and average likes per post are now 103 up from 63.
In December 2017, the client reported that social media referrals were up 25% to 700. Instagram accounted for 640 (+25%) of these.
